Abstract:
From
human being society sustainable development and country society point of view,
the author expatiated deeply the essentiality of 21st century
resource safety problem; analysed the effect on China resource security from the
current economic globalization and China joining WTO; put forward the aim of
resource security and some sloving tactics.

Entering the new century, the domestic and external instance all have
changed. These changes have a great and far-reaching effect on geological work.
It not only bring out a opportunity for geological work development, but also
put forward a austere challenge fro geological work. In this period existing
synchronously opportunities and challenges, we must grasp opportunities, receive
challenges and resolve main problems which exist in current geological work so
that we can initiate new complexion of geological work.
In this paper, author analyses the new change of geological work in new
century and the characteristic of geological work in different period,
introduces the development trend of foreign geological work and summarizes the
development actuality and existent main problems of our country’s geological
perambulation industry which include the actuality and existent problems of land

of mineral resource exploitation on environmental quality in China
The paper brings forward some
countermeasures and suggestions, which fit the situation and the development of
China, on the basic of investigation, analysis and research of the harm to
environment during the exploiture of mineral resource in China. The paper will
provide the theory and the bases for correlative department to make measure and
to enhance the management in resource and environment.
The
condition of the harm to environment during the exploiture.With the development
of the mines,a great deal of land,forest and meadow is destroyed and
impropriated.The pollution of the goaf,exhaust gas and waste water is not still
resolved effectively.Ming and polluting not only harm to land resourse directly
,but also depress the land quality and reduce the cultivable land.It also brings
a great deal of difficult problems ,such as confiscating land,transplanting
,settling and compensation etc.The conflict between Industry and agriculture is
more and more serious in diggings. All these has caused incalculable loss.

ABSTRACT
In this paper, the importance of the geological work in
promoting the social and economy development is discussed. The author analyses
the opportunity and challenge the geological work will meet in new period and
discusses mainly the task of the non-profit geological work as fellows: 1)reduce
the effect of natural disasters to corporations, promote the cooperation between
the rocksys and engineering builders, planers and economy supervisors and
appraise the venture of earthquake, coast, floodwater, etc and alleviate their
effect; 2)lighten the effect of wastes and pollutions; 3)realize the change of
the global circumstance and study the action each other between the atmosphere
and ocean process and the global conformation process; 4)manage the resources
and maintain the environment. The author looks back the history of the
management system and operation system of geological work and discusses the
theory about how to manage and operate the geological work, in order to meet
with the need of the geological rule, market economy rule, global economy and
the economy development. Basing on the reviewing about our country’s the
geologic work management system and function mechanism and the introduce about
the geologic work management system different countries and different social and
economy development stage, the author advances the academic thinking for the new
