  There are 18 research members in our division,The academic credentials structure, knowledge level and the title of  a technical post are allocated reasonably. Most of us have the master's degrees or above it. and Doctorate Degrees(3People);the learning Doctor(1People);Master's Degrees(10People)；Bachelor degrees（2People）；and others(2People).
